What data we process and why
Browsing data
The IT systems hosting the site collect, in the course of their normal operation, some technical data whose transmission is implicit in Internet protocols: IP addresses, time of the request, page requested, response status, browser and operating system. This data is used only to keep the site working and secure (legal basis: legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR) and is kept for the time strictly necessary, unless needed to investigate offences.
Emails you send us
If you contact us at [email protected], we process your email address and the content of your message to reply and handle your request (legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, art. 6.1.b GDPR). We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to manage the relationship and to meet legal obligations.
Fonts
The site's font (Inter) is served directly from our systems: loading the page makes no requests to third-party services and no browsing data is shared with external parties for this purpose.
Cookies
This site uses no profiling cookies or analytics tools and sets no third-party
cookies. The only cookie is a technical one: lang stores the language you picked
with the language switcher (it contains only "it" or "en"), is set only when you change language
and lasts 12 months. Strictly necessary technical cookies do not require consent (Italian Data
Protection Authority decision of 10 June 2021), which is why there is no consent banner.
Data recipients
Data may be processed by the site's hosting provider, appointed as data processor under art. 28 GDPR. No data is sold or passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under arts. 15-22 GDPR you can ask at any time to access your data, have it rectified or erased, restrict its processing, obtain its portability, or object to the processing. Write to [email protected]: we reply within 30 days. If you believe the processing breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
